ADM ILLICHIVSK PJSC. 8 MW heat power plant. Complex design project

In 2018/2019, our company as a general contractor was selected to perform a set of design works within project “CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW HEAT POWER PLANT” with a capacity of 8 MW for PJSC ADM ILLICHIVSK with the connection to the JSC Oblenergo grid.

The tasks set for the company:

  • Acting as a general contractor
  • Creating design specifications
  • Creating the technical specifications for suppliers of technological equipment (electrostatic precipitators, pumping stations, cooling towers, boiler rooms, turbine rooms, etc.)
  • Development of design documentation, expert examination of design documentation
  • Coordination with the power supply company

Design process management

We would like to note the special confidence that was given to LLC Concern Ksimex, which acted as a general contractor and, in addition to its own design work, coordinated a number of companies for the comprehensive implementation of the entire project.


It was interesting and especially responsible to organize the work of various leading specialists on this project, what we did great!

 

But before start of the project,Concern Ksimex performed survey works, which affect the productivity of the entire design process in the future.

Complex project engineering

As the general contractor, design solutions were prepared for all parts of the project:

  • architectural and construction part (concrete structures, metal structures);
  • technologies (machine room, steam generation, chemical water treatment, etc.);
  • heat engineering;
  • fuel supply;
  • power supply 10 / 0.4 kV;
  • power electrical distribution;
  • process automation;
  • dispatching control and data acquisition;
  • automated metering of energy resources;
  • lighting;
  • water supply and sewerage;
  • HVAC;
  • fire alarm and fire extinguishing system;
  • lightning protection and grounding.

Design of an administrative complex

The cooperation was supplemented by a separate comprehensive development of the project for the construction of the Administrative and amenity building.
