BMS (BUILDING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM) AND SECURITY

In the modern world, office and residential buildings, objects of commercial and social infrastructure aren’t simple structures made of brick, steel, glass, and concrete.
Today these are complex systems where hundreds and sometimes thousands of people are living and working.

Besides, more and more complex processes can occur therefrom a large turnover of goods and human traffic to the production of high-tech products.

Of course, the requirements for the modern structure in the process of its use are higher. Among them are comfort, safety, economy, ease of operation, monitoring of the functioning of engineering systems and complexes.

In order for these requirements to be implemented, building management systems – BMS (Building Management System) is being introduced. And for personnel housing, it is called Smart Home.

These systems have two key goals to automate as much as possible all vital processes in the building and promptly prompt a person where and when his intervention will be necessary.
