Dispatching system with client-server architecture for 17 automated technological sites.

Main overview screen

The main overview screen displays information about each technological site (granulation, tableting, packing into blisters, sachets, packaging, etc.).

 

There is a message log on the screen with the machine’s operation information.

 

The log lines display:

  • message (event) time;
  • name of the technological site;
  • event importance category (information, warning, accident);
  • event description;
  • message status (acknowledged / not acknowledged)

 

The log has options for sorting and filtering messages by:

  • categories of importance;
  • time of occurrence;
  • technological site;
  • and also by several parameters

Detailed information

Each technological line has a corresponding group of screens with detailed information about the most important parameters:
  • productivity;
  • the name of the current product;
  • responsible operator;
  • batch number;
  • on / off equipment;
  • pressure and temperature in critical sections of technological pipelines;
  • levels in product tanks

There is a separate tab to view the graphs (trends).

Power supply monitoring system

In addition to screens for dispatching technological sites, user has access to power supply monitoring system (with the appropriate rights).

 

System’s screens display:

  • circuit breaker’s state;
  • voltage values;
  • load currents;
  • full, active and reactive power;
  • current unbalance.

Power supply monitoring system

It’s available to view the charts, both separately for each parameter (voltage, current, power), and for several parameters on a one-time axis.
