Voltage deviation

With a decrease in the supply voltage, the torque on the motor shaft decreases, which under certain conditions can lead to a complete stop of the motor. In addition, undervoltage reduces the starting torque, which worsens the starting conditions of the engine. The increased voltage at the motor terminals leads to an increase in the consumed reactive power. On average, for each percentage increase in the network voltage, the reactive power consumption increases by 3%.

Voltage fluctuations

Blinking of light sources (flicker effect) causes an unpleasant psychological effect, fatigue of vision and the body as a whole.
