In the Prymorsky District of our city, right by the sea, the residential complex Aston Hall has been built and put into operation. It is the first club house in Ukraine with a five-star hotel infrastructure.
According to the classification criteria for such residential complexes, a project of this level meets international standards for design, architecture, and engineering solutions.
Our involvement in this project was justified by years of experience in developing and implementing similar intelligent solutions for the comprehensive implementation of main and backup power supply systems, lighting, and building management.
The scope of our work included:
- Development of concepts and technical tasks.

- Production, supply, and installation of equipment.
- Development of SCADA for building management system.
- Commissioning works.
