The Pilz company specializes in safe automation, therefore, the training “Design concerning safety requirements EN ISO 13849-1 and EN / IEC 62061”, conducted by its specialists on July 23, became an important tool for the design and commissioning departments of our company. This event aimed at training and familiarizing the processes and standards that are important in the design and assessment of safety-related control systems.
During the training, the following were considered:
- features of the classification of safety levels according to the standards EN ISO 13849-1 and EN / IEC 62061;
- various elements of security systems;
- rope switches;
- components of security barriers for access control;
- locking systems;
- sensors for monitoring the position of protective covers with RFID;
- access control keys;
- optoelectronic barriers;
- two-dimensional scanning systems PSENscan with configurable range.
Considering human safety has become a global trend, our company strives to comply with international standards and has made personnel safety its top priority.
