Concern Ksimex LLC, in addition to its main activity in the production and installation of electrical equipment, also pays a lot of attention to student youth.
In May-June, an “engineering landing” of leading specialists represented by Zuev Vyacheslav, Olkhovoi Aleksey, Plis Valery, Andrey Yurchik as well as Ezerovich Mikhail “landed” in 4 educational institutions of Odessa to perform a number of tasks. Among them, one of the most important was the popularization of the profession of an engineer and the story of its functions in modern conditions.
Another task was to tell about the activities of our company, its structure, opportunities, and those large-scale and unique projects that we constantly implement as part of our activities. In addition, our specialists, some of whom graduated from these educational institutions, shared their personal stories of the path to success.
Of course, we not only wanted to introduce hundreds of students to our enterprise but also to find young specialists for the vacancies that had opened up. At the end of each presentation, everyone could take a special task and, after completing it, get the opportunity to be interviewed for a position. In addition, pupils and students were invited to an excursion to the company’s office, to the production site, in order to get to know each other better and see the exclusive modern electrical production.
