Moving to a new warehouse

A joyful event – Concern Ksimex LLC moved to a new, more spacious and convenient warehouse.

We have planned working areas, purchased additional equipment and machinery.

This step allows us to increase the volume of stored equipment, and in combination with a digital address storage system and digitalization at all levels, this allows us to speed up inventory processing and move to the highest level of customer service.

Recently, the trends in the warehouse logistics market have changed a lot. Even 10 years ago, we did not think about choosing a warehouse management model. We firmly decided to consider several alternative options. Given the long-term perspective and the desire to improve the quality of logistics services, the need to move has become quite obvious. In addition to the favorable economic situation in the warehouse real estate market, by this time we have formed a close-knit team of professionals, thanks to whose experience we are confident in the success of this step. As a result, this strategic decision was made and approved at the highest level of the Concern.

Of course, in everything related to moving, the role of staff is extremely important. And not only the management team – a lot also depended on line employees. Their positive attitude, willingness to work in a more intense mode are the most important conditions for success.
