2019 was a landmark year for our company, in particular, cooperation with the Kernel group of companies.
Thus, we actively accepted the challenge of implementing a pilot project of this group, which resulted in the commissioning of another 10 MW steam turbine from Siemens in addition to the existing 1.6 MW steam turbine.
The first, and hopefully not the last, project was the “Reconstruction and completion of the power complex of an industrial CHP plant by installing a higher-capacity turbine unit in Kropyvnytskyi”.
- Reconstruction and retrofit of the existing power supply network of the enterprise with the integration of a new 10kV generation branch through the existing networks of the enterprise;
- Design and construction of a new 10/35kV generation network with the installation of a separate step-up transformer on the 35kV line and the construction of a 35kV outdoor switchgear;
- Implementation of a two-transformer substation and auxiliary networks of TPP 10 / 0.4 kV;
- Integrated implementation of automation and power supply systems in the engine room, pumping, cooling towers
- Implementation of ACS TP of the upper level
It should be noted that the project was successfully implemented thanks to our knowledge in this area, reliable and trusted suppliers, a cohesive team, a competent management system, and the active assistance of the Customer in the implementation of ideas and solutions.
During this period, we have gained invaluable experience, and of course, we are pleased with the result.
