In order to keep young and talented specialists in its ranks, Ksimex conducts a number of activities to identify potential specialists and is ready to gladly accept them into its ranks and share their experience.
Thus, on 11/01/2018, representatives of the Ksimex company visited the Job Fair at the Odessa Academy of Food Technologies.
Express interviews were conducted with job seekers in 3 classrooms.
Our specialists told the students about the advantages of working with us, and invited them to attend the planned presentations of the company and excursions.
About 50 questionnaires were collected from willing students of 3-4 courses of study in the specialty – automation, electromechanics, electricians of instrumentation, and automation.
Negotiations were held with representatives of colleges on conducting practice and organizing excursions / presentations.
