The year 2019 was the beginning of the development of the digitalization process for the company through the introduction of the Bitrix 24 system, which helps us to correctly build a project and task management system, task execution control, workflow robotization, CRM and lead generation, as well as other management functions that allow us to effectively carry out our activities. Bitrix24 is a huge multifunctional portal for organizing the work of departments in a company.
We use Bitrix24 in our internal communications management system to bring people, processes, and information together.
During the implementation, we trained all employees in the functionality, which had a positive impact on the work of the company, especially in conditions of remote work.
Our company is always learning something new and is ready to conquer new heights, we do not stop developing, and with the help of useful tools, it is much more convenient to do this.
Now we can say with confidence that we are moving “in step with the times” in the direction of digitalization and efficient work!
